I've walked one in Denmark ;D and one in Scottland ;D . But the danish one was not an ancient labyrinth, it was just one they have made for the tourists.

What was the journey like as you traveled through the labyrinth?

Kind of hypnotic... it felt like an eternity to get to the middle. It was like taking a very long trip without knowing where it would end.

I walked one with some friends on Arran, Scotland. It was amazing. In the cantre of the Labyrinth was a place to light a fire. So we did and sat round it untill morning and saw the sunrise. Earlier in the day we had been round all the islands stone circles. It is a day we refer to often and bonds were made there that can never be broken.

The Gratefulness website is wonderful! thanks for posting it! I am so lucky to live in an area that has 2 labyrinths. I have walked them both. Very powerful experience! BTW, anyone wanting to find a labyrinth anywhere in the world, check this website: wwll.veriditas.labyrinthsociety.org/
