Random Acts of Kindness This is a book that encourages grace through the smallest gestures. The inspiration for the kindness movement, Random Acts of Kindness is an antidote for a weary world. Its true stories, thoughtful quotations, and suggestions for generosity inspire readers to live more compassionately.
"This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness." - Author The Dalai Lama

Selene mentioned Penelope Quest.
I liked very much her following books. For me, they were very helpful:
"Reiki for Life: The Complete Guide to Reiki Practice for Levels 1, 2 & 3" "Self-healing with Reiki. How to Create Wholeness, Harmony & Balance for Body, Mind & Spirit"
With love, Monica

One book that I have found very helpful is Louise Hay 'You Can Heal Your Life' it contains lots of affirmations for many different illnesses, and it explains how changing our thought process can make us well again. love stef

The public library is a good place to find some of the books. I just checked out "The Spirit of Reiki". I have more books ordered up and they will hold them for me. We have a great library system, do it all online and they can order from libraries all over the country! I can renew them two or three times and that is usually plenty of time to digest any kind of reading. Saves money.
But, yes, there is tons of reading online. I do both.
Love, Diana

Hello all I just read a really great book "Healing With the Fairies" by Doreen Virtue. She has written many books, mostly on angel therapy I believe. This book in particular might be a little "far out" for some people, but it tells a great story, offers insight and I think a lot of environmentalists or anyone who likes nature and animals will like it and get a good message out of it. ;D ;D ;D Love to you aaaall! ~Alisha
