Hi Nis... Well ill be as simple as possible with my explanation. I work the singing bowls, tuning forks and gong. i think of a person or persons.I channel the sound as healing to those persons over a distance. They recieve the healing. Hope that explains what i do in an easy format. paul x

yes, that is an easy explanation. Sound vibrations are healing just as Reiki energy vibration is healing. Dr. Masaru Emoto is a reference.
The one thing Paul didn't mention was the tremendous amount of love he injects into his channeling!
Your photo is so warm and loving in nature, Paul. Thanks for sharing it with the group.
Love and gratitude, Diana

This is a picture of the Peter Iredale that wrecked in 1906, all that is left is the metal frame. This picture of the Pacific Ocean was taken at Fort Stevens State Park

Are you cold, Ole??? Nice photos. Is that a pair of skiis without a person?
Suzie, that is a cool photo of the dead boat. Was it mostly people who dismantled it, or weather?
You are near this part of the ocean?

I believe that the tides dismantled most of the ship. Yes, I live about 15 mins away from where I took the pictures. It is a lovely state park with lots of beach access, lake fishing, and miles of walking trails.
