Protection from unwelcome sender
Protection is basically willpower extended from the physical plane through emotional,mental and spiritual planes. it can be connected to each and every religion on earth. so it is not specific to eastern religions.
do this protection everyday in the morning or evening or night after you have had a bath( as a bath washes away your shield). first sit down comfortably as you would to do reiki on yourself.
draw a pyramid of white/golden light around yourself(i do it with golden light) start from the top of the head move downwards to your feet,then under the feet and up your back to join the point from where you started. then move the light from the right side of your head down your right arm ,right leg and below your feet up your left side leg, left arm and left side of the face and head to reach the point you started. this means one pyramid. you can encircle yourself in three/seven or 21 circles do 21 circles
thereafter you can clear the chakras using CHR , the seven in the body the seven above your head and the seven below the feet. do not bring the cleaning from the lowest one from the feet upwards into the body. it would be better if you imagine a white light about 35 feet above you coming in an anticlockwise way and cleaning all the 7+7+7 chakras and going into the ground and grounding the negativity. you can charge and place the symbols you have been taught in your crown chakra and the heart chakra etc . on the sides of the pyramid put chk and also below the feet put ckr. put shk on the heart chakra since maximum attack is from here.
now place your intent as to what you want to enter and what you do not in the shield. All negativity is to move out of my body and my aura and out of the shield as positive energy. any negativity touching my shield is to reflect back as positive energy. anyone who bears illwill towards me is to get an opposite vib from me so that he/she will automatically not have any harmful intentions.
