Hi ;D Have anyone tried this ? www.knoppix.net/It's a very good tool if your computer doesn't work properly or don't want to start. This could save you from lots of trouble, you can access your files on the computer with knoppix. It's a full operating system that runs from a CD. You can download it and burn it on a CD and its free ;D ;D Some computer-skills are required before you can use it though Love Ole

Yes I have used this many times and I find it a very good bit of software (for pc technical people) the other point of a Linux based software installation is that it works and works very well! I know this runs from the CD but it's a really good taster for another choice of OS apart from the BG software, one web site I have had many visits to over the last 4 years and also used the software (it's not free but very cheap and good) is Linspire www.linspire.com/The current version is Linspire Five-0 and with this release I am very impressed with the way this software works, installs and looks Enough said

Hi Ole, I have not given this a try as yet but it can be done, have a look at this link from the FAQ section of Linspire: www.linspire.com/linspire_faq.php?faq=linspire_and_ms and follow the link on to the main information, I would have put the complete URL on here but it's way to long I will get around to a dual boot system as soon as I have completed the current training for CCNA and get my computer systems out of training mode Hope this helps
