Have you ever wished that you could return spam to its sender and fool them into thinking that your e-mail address is not valid? MailWasher lets you do just that. You can also choose to delete a message on the e-mail server, without downloading it. MailWasher retrieves information about all e-mail messages on the server. To check e-mail, you don't open your e-mail client. Instead, you start MailWasher, and it tells you what messages are waiting for you on the mail server. In the check boxes, you select whether to Delete or Bounce messages, then click the Process Mail button. If you have checked nothing, the e-mail is downloaded to your e-mail client as normal. ;D it is very good i use it ;D www.computing.co.uk/vnunet/downloads/2128814/mailwasherMick

Dear Mick! Thanks for the information and the Link to GMX. ;D ;D ;D ;D I have 6-7 Mailaccounts and one of them is GMX and I recieve seldom Spam-Mails in my Inbox. But until now I have used an other Account from Freenet as my main account from this one I recieve a lot of Spam. This text is a report from GMX which they send automatically from time to time. They inform you about the Spam-Mails which are in your Spam-Folder at the website. It can be possible that Mails which are not Spam are in the Folder so you can login at the website and look at it. *********************** Report: Nummer of Mails (Spam 479) Nommer of New Mails in Spam-Folder: 10 Information to the Mails: It is the list from the Sender from:.... Subject:.... below is Link where you can get to the Folder: service.gmx.net/de/cgi/login?EXT=spamverdacht(it is good to delete all this stuff from time to time.) and some Informations This status report is produced automatically daily with the first Pop3 call of your mailbox. Please you examine contents of your Spam suspicion file occasionally. We recommend the attitude of a limited rate time for the file Spam suspicion to you (under options > file administration). Thus old Spammails is deleted automatically and does not block not the valuable storage location of your mailbox. type::. a knowing you IMAP, the comfortable alternative for the May lab call? Differently than with the May lab call via POP3 you can access with IMAP with a Mailprogramm such as Outlook directly all files - and thus naturally also on the file Spam suspicion - of your GMX of p.o. box. IMAP belongs to the capacity of the tariffs GMX ProMail and GMX TopMail. ************************ That Mail only notifies about Spam it is nothing dangerous. Thanks for your tips. Hope the translation is okay so far.... ;D ;D ;D love, Brigitte

Dear Mick! I think this message is definite a Spam-Mail. I recieve similar messages too, where they promise me that I have win a lot of money or other things. with a link in the bottom of the message. It is dangerous because, you never know if it is serious. I delete generally all these messages ( and also I never click on the Link, because I don´t want to have a trojan horse on my computer, only have hear that these sites have attached this) and I never give any of my bank account details to them. Possibly they abuse this for thier purposes. It is the best to ignore all these kind of messages. love, Brigitte PS: If you need a translation from the GMX-Account please copy and past a text from the website. I will to my best to translate it for you. ;D
