i think i may have unknowingly channeled a new symbol last night while lying in bed. last night i was laying in bed with both my hands over my heart chakra which is the normal way that i fall asleep. i closed my eyes and out of nowhere i see this spinning vortex that is filled with the most beautiful aray of colors and from one side of the vortex appeared a serpent like dragon that spiraled in the oposite direction of the spinning vortex. then after that i saw a bright iluminated symbol that at first looked like the pyramid with the all seeing eye in the middle but when i came closer it was a four sided triangle with the cresent moon (curve facing that of the direction of east) on each side from the tip came a beautiful bright light as i got closer it's name was given to me as lunadonna now i knew the word luna meant moon and as i wanted to learn the full meaning of the name i looked up the name donna wich means either lady or women and i know that from prior studes of other symbols the triangle often represents a temple or sacred place so my interpritation of the symbol came to be the temple of the moon women. i have no yet came accross the use of the symbol as of yet i am still trying to figure it all out. but i do believe that it has to do with ilumination of the heart. here is a picture of the symbol

Hi Chris I cannot help feeling that this symbol has a connection to the Moon Lodge of the Plains People. If used in meditation with this in mind, the symbol would be one of honouring the sacred Feminine (in both male and female), going within and finding one's own truth. As a focus for healing, it might be used to help healing of the emotional body rather than the physical body. As the Moon Lodge is a place where women would retreat during their Moon time, it was also a place where their sacred sacrifice to the earth/tribe was honoured. Because of their continuing sacrifice, women were not expected to be warriors (although some chose to be) or to shed blood in ceremony. So this symbol would represent finding non-agressive / spiritual healing and as such could be very meaningful in your work with Reiki. I think it is a very sacred and beautiful symbol, and has certainly come to you for a reason. I think the reason it has come to you now is something you will work out for yourself, but our guides always send us these pointers for a reason. Brightest Blessings - Wolfsinger x
