Hi all,
For the 21-day cleansing period , do we have to count the day we get attuned as day#1 , or does it start from the next day?

Hi Rudram,
You shouldn't count the days. This "21 cleansing days" period is relative. It can take 2 days for someone and 40 for another. The body starts to get used with a higher vibration; it starts the process of detoxifying (for this you have to drink a lot of water). You can clearly see differences with your body or none. It depends on every individual. Use your intuition and you'll know when exactly the cleasing process will end.

Hi Rudram,
When I did my first attunement I was told about the 21 days cleansing to start the day after the attunement.
Why 21 days? Because of the 21 days Doctor Usui spent in meditation
My reiki master even told me not to eat any meat at all for 48 hours prior to the attunement. She explained that the animals are very stressed before they are killed and that stays in their DNA (something like that)
I did my full 21 days cleaning for all 3 attunements.
If you are happy with your master's teaching (his reiki manual) then continue along this path
