Just a note as I sit here under my tropical sweep ceiling fan trying to count the blades as it goes round. Drinking my ice cold mango and pineapple drink I can smell the bush fires in the distance the smell of eucalyptus trees burning .As the temperature climbs to 40c I flicked the TV on did a bit of channel surfing .I see on BBC. England is shut down with ice and snow and then euro TV more ice and snow across the UK. And France storms etc then CNN the US. More snow and ice .and to think not long ago I was complaining about the cold at 20c .so I thought I might tell you I am thinking of you all would seem to me your best bet is stay in bed I was thinking you might have a baby boom in nine months time .love and warmth to you all. Yes Izzey I am on one big vacation (holiday) I am a retired derelict pensioner and I live in a bungalow (cottage) by the sea 150km north of Sydney I see you are in the US. One of your buddy’s just went past he was born in the US place called Red rock he was on his way down to the big pond (Pacific Ocean) with a body board under his arm he is also a derelict pensioner x air force and as you can see I can speak American and Australian .cheers Sidney.

I am sitting in my flat, snow is falling outside, hardly any cars going by, buses not running.
Still one good thing - work has just rung to say they are closed today so I don't have to go in. ;D

eeewww. I dusted some slushy snow off my car this morning...It's days like today that I miss my wilder younger days in Florida! Send us some of those tropical breezes!

So sorry for having a shot at you all. Predicted for Sunday two days from now 47c and its said this will be the hottest place on earth now I am good to 40c 47c now that’s over the top I give up send me some ice and snow .I have to watch on TV you all running around in the snow. I guess that’s karma .cheers Sidney.
