What do you need ?
500 gram Chickenbreast, sliced in little pieces. Pepper kerrypowder worshestersauce sambal 3 unions, sliced in little peices. 2 little tins of tomato puree salt paprikapowder tabasco ketjap cayennepepper, garlic, one piece fine chopped. 1 big tin with Peach, open the tin and save the fluid, then also chop the peaches in little parts.
OKey, here we go: Put the chicken in a big bowl, then put some pepper, kerrypowder, worchestersauce, some sambal , garlic and paprikapowder on them. MIx it all good and leave it for 1 hour, back in the refugerator.
Use a big pan and with a bit of hight. Bake the chicken parts and then put the unions in the pan. Then put the tomatopuree, some ketjap,salt,paprikipowder, some tabasco, some cayennepepper and the fluid from the peaches in the pan. Leave it on a little fire for 20 minutes and the add the parts from the peaches 2 the sauce.
When the parts are warm enough it is ready !
We always eat it with rice. It takes some time 2 pepair it all, but once you get cooking it all goes fast enough. Iff you like it 2 taste with a bite, just add a bit more cayenne pepper 2 it all.
