Then place one hand on the solar plexus and the other across the heart. I've got a bit of a cold today, so I'll be doing this a few times to get rid of it ;D Hand positions for Colds 15 Minute Treatment Place the hands over the eyes for 5 minutes then above the ears followed by the sides and front of the throat. Possible Causes Colds are usually caused by lack of space and having too much to do. It’s also a sign of needing time to integrate life experiences and deal with emotional issues. Hand positions for Coughs
15 Minute Treatment
Place the hands along the jaw line for 5 minutes, then place your hands a little lower, one hand across the top of the chest and the other across the base of the throat area for another 5 minutes. If more time is available, treat the upper back as well.
Possible Causes
A cough can be indicative of needing to get something off your chest. Ask yourself what it is you need to say to someone.

Hello all,
Does anyone know what I can do to treat weakness, fatigue and lack of balance in my legs? Due to not realizing the damage diet and over exercise too soon after having a baby can cause, I beat my muscles up, actually caused them to turn on themselves. My phyical therapist has told me building up my muscles is the only way I can get better. I have learned the hard way that health, life and love are all that really matters. Playing with my kids, taking them to the park is my biggest goal right now. Does anyone know what treatments might help?
