Hello Dear One .. I would like you to share with us in the thread the best hand position you have experience in different treatment ..you give to your self ot others
I'll start with DEPRESSION since it has been very common lately...
all what you need is 15 minutes daily . Treat the sides of the head . Treat the eyes ,the temples and the back of the head.
as well as treating the heart directly by placing one hand over the heart and the other across the chest ,forming a T-shape.also trat the solar plexus.
Try to avoid caffeine and sugar ..and exercise..daily And add a new principle JUST FOR TODAY CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY In heart sumer

dear All I'll follow up with a relief for an ordinary headache to practice on yourself or on your fellow man: - Treat with one hand on each temple
- Put one hand on the forehead and one at the back of the head
- Both hands on top of your head

Ok i choose today Sciatica,
Treat the lower back,the base of the spine and the soles of the feet Place one hand on the base of the spine and the other on the topof one thighat the point where the legs jointhe body.Change to treat the other thigh treat the back of the knee.. remember Sciatica caused mainly by stress and financial fear or too much pressure by a relationship if you have sciatica problem Relax as much as you can affirm that all is handled by wisdom and ease Eat healthy food May all be well In heart Sumer

Hi sumer great advice on the sciatica. I can confirm that this does provide relief for a while, along with meditation, positive affirmations and lots of other stuff that I have been doing for months. I will go into more detail another day and give a full account of all the treatments I have been using. But today is not a good day so I'm off to try the hand positions for depression - I've not had to do this but as it's common lately I must have caught a bit of it. I'm happy most days but today I feel like a day off love stef

Hi sumer I'm fine. Had a bit of a stressfull day on Tuesday, then the computer was playing up. I went to the beach and had a bit of reiki in the sunshine ;D Then a couple of hours after I got home my Auntie phoned me to tell me she was buying a new car and we could have her old car if we wanted ;D ;D No one's every given me a car before. So as you can see the day ended well. But then yesterday afternoon my husband fell and damaged his leg LIFE - I love a challenge love stef

As promised here's some things I have found useful for sciatica. Remember when treating any source of pain, to intend for the reiki to treat the pain AND the cause of the pain. I have found this meditation very positive ;D freereiki.proboards43.com/index.cgi?board=39&action=display&thread=1112114965My trusty clear quartz pendulum has also been very helpful. While lying on your good side, with the leg affected by sciatica bent so that you can reach to your ankle. Start at the hip or the highest point of pain, rotate the pendulum anti-clockwise for 2-3 minutes, then move down over the thigh and rotate anti-clockwise again for 2-3 minutes, then continue to do the same down the length of the sciatic nerve right down to the ankle, intending that blockages and negative energies be removed. Then cleanse and charge the pendulum with reiki and repeat the exercise, this time rotating the pendulum clockwise intending that the area you are working on be filled with pure positive healing energy. Positive affirmations are important, also try to 'de-label' the pain. See the pain as just another form of energy. When you get a shooting pain down your sciatic nerve, see it as an energy surge and, instead of noticing pain, focus on the amount of energy generated by the surge and use it in a positive way. It takes lots of care, treatment and positivity. There will be bad days when you just don't feel like being positive about it, but try not to dwell on it and find the most comfortable position for you to sit or lie down and relax for a while with as little pain as possible. Hello Stef sorry about your husband leg ..does he needs some reiki ?and congratulations for the car But of course life is great so he broke his leg in a perfect timing with the car ..coming handy .. . I'm waiting to find a house to buy ..i do beleive i'm going to find the right house and the right price that i can effor in a very expensive area ...I'll let you know when it is done .... Hi sumer Yeah I do all that as well I have found that the sciatica has had a lot of positive effects on my life. It has made me re-evaluate a lot of aspects in my life. I have spent a lot of time at home the last 9 months so I've had a lot of time to think..... It has changed my outlook on life and if it wasn't for the sciatica I wouldn't have reiki... I do feel now that I am close to a full recovery. My bad times don't seem to last as long and I can deal with them better. I'm not taking many painkillers now, but it's still there..... love stef

PLace your hands over the eyes,then over the temples,followed by the solar plexus and abdomen..
Place one hand on the crown of the head and the other on the back of the neck.
avoid alchool or caffeine ....Vit c and vit B is the best before you fly and drink a lot of water Have a nice trip whenever you are going this summer In heart sumer

While vitamin C always will be a great idea for any ailment, avoiding diary products can really help you to get rid of the coughing. Furthermore we can speed up the process and ease the discomfort by applying some Reiki. - Treat the neck.
- Draw CKR on the chest/lungs and treat both sides of the body.

Treat the gum by pacing your hands on either side of the mouth You can place your hanfs across the jaw line
