The solar plexus is the psychic centre which acts virtually as a human battery. By charging and re-charging it you can revitalise yourself with energy. Place your right hand just above the navel and your left and above your right hand. Breathe as deeply as you can. On the in-breath, visualise white light entering the whole of your body. On the out-breath, visualise this light travelling down the arms, through the palms of the hands and into your solar plexus. You may feel one or more of the following: heat in the palms of your hands or solar plexus; pressure on top of the head; a general tingling throughout your body. These are all signs that the practise is working and you are re-charging yourself. Do this for a few minutes whenever you feel depleted. love stef

Hello Stef, Solar Plexus is a nice place to be As an extra to your perfect describtion: Since the color of the Solar Plexum Chakra is Yellow it will balance your chakra if you instead of white light, a yellow color visualize. (hard to visualize, just think about Sunflowers ) Love, Johan

Hi Peeps,
Yep breathing is very important ;D the problem is a lot of us don't breath properly, take a long deep breath, from your root chakra up to your heart chakra, do it slowly, hold the breath for as long as you can then breath out slowly, counting numbers helps, repeat 5 times, and do it ten times a day you should feel a lot better after a few days ;D
