Hi There are so many methods for distance healing, again, try as many as you like, adapt them to suit yourself, then do whatever comes naturally to you. One of the simplest methods of distance healing is to use a book. Write the name, location and any other information you want to use, in the book. Then to send healing to everyone in the book, simply draw the Reiki symbols onto the book, place the book between your hands and intend that all the people named in the book receive a full Reiki healing. Send Reiki for 15-30 minutes. Another method is to list all the names etc. on pieces of paper and then send Reiki in the same way as the book method. You can keep the lists in a box if you wish and surround the box with a crystal grid or place a clear quartz crystal in the box on top of the lists. I use lists and keep them in a crystal grid. I keep the master crystal with me at all times and meditate with it regularly. When I am sending Reiki I hold the master crystal between my hands….I feel that this gives me a stronger connection to all the names on the list. Dear Stef!
I know all the methods which you write down. I never try out to put a clear quartz chrystal on the list.
If I know how the person looks like I visualize the person sitting in front of me. Or I have a photo I´m putting the hands on the photo from the person.
much love, Brigitte
PS: What is your master chrystal?? ;D ;D ;D

PS: What is your master chrystal?? ;D ;D ;D I use my clear quartz pendulum as my master crystal to charge my grid and to strengthen the connection when I'm sending Reiki to all the names on the list. I tried using a clear quartz point for a while....but my pendulum got jealous of the attention I was giving to another crystal ;D love stef
