Hi guys

About an hour ago I trapped my finger It felt like it was trapped for several minutes, but it was probably only about 30 seconds before I managed to set it free....when I looked at my finger, it was a bit squashed and red, with a nice bit of black appearing on my fingernail......and it hurt lots It was also starting to swell up a bit

So I held it under the cold tap for a moment....then sat down and held it in my other hand for about 20 minutes.....Reiki was flowing like mad into my poor finger, and I felt different sensations.....heat....cold....tingling and a little bit of throbbing

And now it feels fine ;D a little bit swollen still but not much, and just a tiny black spot on my fingernail....and I'm able to type away with no pain at all ;D

Don't you just love that Reiki magic ;D ;D ;D

Stef ...thats great ;D glad you were able to heal yourself and there were no breaks or fractures.

Make sure that the black spot is gone fully, please keep an eye on it.

It's so small......about half the size of a pin head....I could put some nail varnish on and forget about it ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

No, never ignore black spot caused by trapping / loss of air circulation etc. Saying this from 1st hand experience.

The black spot has gone......and my trapped finger doesn't hurt anymore ;D ;D.....BUT....when I got up this morning, the finger next to it was hurting at the joint I didn't trap that finger.....or do anything else to hurt it .....So I just wondered if it was jealous of the attention that the trapped finger got last night ;D I gave that finger a bit of reiki anyway....and it feels ok now.....but I'm worried that the next finger will start hurting now ;D ;D......Maybe I should just Reiki all my fingers ;D ;D ;D

well my finger has healed and is now back to normal ;D No black spot, no swelling, no pain.....and no sign at all that it was trapped quite badly only a couple of days ago ;D ;D From past experiences I would have expected it to get worse before it got better......but it didn't ;D ;D ;D

And this morning I remembered the last time I trapped my finger......and it put a big smile on my face because it was my first experience with Reiki ;D ;D ;D ;D

I was at work about 4 years ago when a door swung back and trapped my little finger ....the first aid assistant who came to fill out the accident report was attuned to Reiki and asked me if I wanted him to treat my finger.....I said yes ;D ;D He treated my finger, and it felt really nice ;D ;D and it healed very quickly ;D ;D ;D

After that, I did a bit of research on Reiki, but at that time I had too many things going on in my life so I didn't have the time to commit myself to Reiki in the way that I have now, so I didn't take it any further.

But as soon as the time felt right......I did ;D ;D and now I don't have to worry about trapped fingers any more ;D ;D ;D
