For the last couple of days I've had quite a bit of negativity around me in my daily life. In the past it would have got me down quite a lot and made me feel stressed. But I have noticed Reiki flowing through me really strongly at the most difficult times 
I'm feeling it everywhere....in my feet, legs....my heart, my back, my brow and crown chakras, my hands....pretty much everywhere is either warm, tingling or pulsing ;D
I know that I'm being sent Reiki at the moment by a few friends, and I feel that a lot of the time (and it's great ;D) But I'm also feeling Reiki really strongly at appropriate times.....when things are difficult....It is so strong that it feels like someone is here with me, giving me a full treatment....it feels different to when I'm recieving Reiki that's being sent to me....it's a lot stronger, and it seems to stop as soon as I'm feeling calmer. It's been a great help through a difficult time, and it's kept me strong and calm.
I love Reiki more and more every day ;D....and I have new experiences with it every day ;D ;D ;D ;D
