Healing Circle

Hi

Last night I went to a local healing circle for the first time. I was a bit nervous beforehand but by the time I got there I was fine and looking forward to it.

It was a small group, only 4 of us, and very friendly. The first thing that happened was we all recieved a Gaia-now energy empowerment, which felt very good and got my head buzzing and my hands hot

Then we got into a circle and got the energy flowing around the group.

After that we headed for the treatment table, as I was the newbie they let me go first ;D ;D. So I got up onto the table and let three of them get to work on me. I've never had a hands on treatment myself so this was extra special for me ;D ;D It felt really good, so good that I didn't want it to end, but it had to so that every one else could have a treatment.

I really enjoyed being part of the group treating the others as well. The energy flow was very strong between the group.

After all 4 of us had our turn on the table, I got a bit of extra treatment for my sciatica ;D which was very nice ;D

After I got back home I was still buzzing and very relaxed, I slept very well last night for the first time in a long time ;D ;D and today I feel great, some of the remaining pain was definitely shifted last night ;D ;D

Can't wait for the next one in 3 weeks ;D ;D

I went back for more last night ;D

Very good again - we all gave and recieved a Gaia healing empowerment which I felt going right through my body when I recieved mine, it is a powerful energy.

It was given by placing the middle fingers on certain pulse points on the head. When it was time for me to give the empowerment to someone else I felt the pulsing very strong through my fingers and in my hands.

We all had a turn on the treatment table which was again very enjoyable ;D and we learnt a bit more about the gaia energy.

Didn't sleep much last night as I was too energized ;D but I still got up feeling refreshed and ready for anything this morning ;D

Going back again in 4 weeks - why can't it be every week - or every day ;D ;D Self treatment is great but having someone else - or 3 others- to do it is fantastic ;D

Hi Stef,

Many thanks for sharing with us and the very positive feedback For people that have never received a hands on reiki treatment you don't knowwhat you are missing it makes you feel great, some people have a problem staying awake ;D so if you don't have a reiki or other healing group in your area please start one you won't regret it

I've found another one a few miles away ;D

So I'll be off to introduce myself to a new group on Friday evening. This one isn't just reiki so there should be lots of interesting people to meet, talk to, and share with ;D
