Sending Reiki while Self-Treating

Hi

When I am giving myself a full hands-on treatment I always send the Reiki to one of my family or friends as well.....All my family and friends get their turn

I send daily to all the people on my list and then every day I send a treatment to a different family member or friend - if I'm not busy I will send to a few friends ;D

I was talking to a friend about this a few days ago and she said that she hadn't thought of doing this, so I wondered if anyone else did this regularly.

it's such a great idea and I have actually tried doing that but... I find it hard concentrating on anything else but me just after a short while... or falling asleep so I doubt it would be of much use

If I do selftreatment while putting my kids to bed, I have been taught to shower us all in golden light for protection and love... a great feeling...

Yes i do and not to one but to whomsoever i know or i feel that reiki is needed for his good. I leave it at that trusting the wisdom of reki to generate the results most useful for that person.
