Hello dear One
If you are suffering from panic attack treat the temples and back of the head then the solar plexus and stomach... ANd last treat the crown chakra by placing both hands on the top of the head ..
Panic attack occurs because of excessive anxiety .. when a person feels unsupported or doesn't trust anybody ....
affirm that the divine is in control affirm to choose love over fear ... affrirm that you trust the process of life and all is well
I wish you a very happy attacks today In heart sumer

Hi Peeps,
After many years of severe panic attacks, so bad that crossing a road or going to the local shop was mission impossible.
I can confirm that reiki self treatments did the job for me, now if i have one it is very mild and soon passes.
The problem with panic attacks is the fear, people who have them will understand, if you go to certain places and have a bad one, most people will avoid going to that place again, the fear of having a panic attack will bring one on for many people, if you learn to be positive and let go of fear things will get better beleive me, one of the issues is feeling faint due to not breathing properly, the best thing that you can do is breath into a paper bag it does work.
Love, Mick

I never had panic attacks until I was in my early 20's. The first one I had was when the roads were icy and I slide down a hill sideways almost hitting the car in front of me. For years it haunted me. Then it got the the point where I couldn't even ride in the car without having to fight them off. I was hypnotized this last summer and along with the reiki it has helped immensely. I still will not drive if it is really icy, as I live on a hill and it is up or down either way I go. Overall I am better which I am thankful for.
