The Secret Method of Inviting Blessings The Spiritual Medicine of Many Illnesses For today only, do not anger, do not worry. Do your work (meditation) with appreciation. Be kind to all people. In the morning and at night, with hands held in prayer, think this in your mind, chant this with your mouth. The Usui Reiki method to change your mind and body for the better. this is one of the more popular translations of the principles of Reiki from Japanese to English. I am told that it is almost impossible to make a direct translation from Japanese and that most of the translations are "close to the original" perhaps you know of a variation to this one that is even closer to what Mikao Usui really meant... please share your thoughts. love Michael

It is said that there are three obstacles which prevent you from travelling a spiritual path. They are
FEAR, HATE and INDECISION.
The five Reiki Principles are designed to help overcome and heal these obstacles. A Reiki Principle that you do not like indicates an area in your life that is causing you problems. You do not solve the problem by leaving out the principle or by changing the principlee. You solve the problem by using the principle you do not like everyday in your self-treatments.
