hiya ole,
i use full spectrum light to help me with my sleep problems - it helps me a lot. I am not sure if this is what you mean or if indeed it is a energy healing system that you are researching.

Hi Ole
I use full spectrum light in winter when it is dark to help me wake up in the morning. I need so much sleep and wanna hibernate. I have a lamp that blasts out light across the spectrum, unlike normal light bulbs, it is supposed to be like sunlight. A poor match but certainly helps when i have to drag myself outta bed! ;D
Good luck with finding out more about that particular healing system, i'd love to hear more about it....
