Hello All, Hope everybody is doing well today. Had a small question. I am starting to practice reiki, on myself ofcourse, and am going through this sudden temperature variation. All of a sudden I will be cold even in this very hot & humid weather and at times I will be warm. At times I feel my fingers burning. In these past 3 weeks, I needed the air conditioner only 3 days because I have been feeling so cold! Is this all normal or am I in need of a doctor?? Let me know reiki masters love & peace! Neelam

Hi neelam This is nothing to worry about......most people feel either heat or cold in their hands most of the time, and can feel temperature changes a lot of the time. I often get very cold while meditating....however hot it is, and I often feel cold air when I'm sending Reiki, even though my hands are very hot. You get used to it after a while ;D love stef

Hi neelam,
I too have felt cold many times(when I have been doing reiki, in this hot above 100 degree temperature) and switched off the fan. So there is nothing to worry about ;D

Hi Ellie,
Thank you so much for asking. Right now I am not on Earth!! Last week I found out that I am going to be a mommy!! It is such a wonderful news. Now I know all the dizziness that i was going through since the last 3 weeks was not due to low BP :-)
I am taking a lot of rest due to a slight complication. Have my 1st Ultrasound on 15th Sept and it seems so far away. Have not been able to practice reiki on self as I do not seem to have any energy left in me. But I am so happy.
Love & Happiness to all,
Neelam

Hi Neelam Congratulations........that's great news ;D ;D If you want any distance healing sent at any time just ask and we'll be happy to help out ;D ;D Try just placing your hands on your stomach and let the Reiki flow on its own.......you don't need to put any effort into it.......just relax and let the Reiki flow ;D love stef
