Symptoms of Inner Peace Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace.
The hearts of a great many have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.
Some signs to look for:
A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.
An unmistakeable ability to enjoy each moment.
A loss of interest in judging other people.
A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.
A loss of interest in conflict.
A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a very serious symptom.)
Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.
Frequent attacks of smiling.
An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen.
An increased susceptibility to the love offered by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.
Be Forewarned!!! If you have all or even most of the above symptoms, please be advised that your condition may be too far advanced to turn back. If you are exposed to anyone exhibiting several of these symptoms, remain exposed at your own risk. This condition of inner peace is likely well into its infectious stage.

Cool! Inner peace, that's what I want, so let's see where I'm at, at this stage in life... Getting better at that. It's about learning to listen to that inner voice... spirit guidance or something Haven't come this far yet but I'm really looking forward to it. Ongoing training. Making lots of progress here. "the 4 agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz has pushed me further into the right direction I have a tendancy to over-analyze everything... good point. Detach from what others do, as long as it don't harm the kids I don't like conflicts. Never had. I still find myself worrying from time to time, but it's nothing like it used to be, thanks to Reiki. When I find myself worrying, I try to turn it around to a positive affirmation. Works great! While giving Reiki ;D eh... connected to nature and spirit, that's OK but connected with others... I still have to get a grip on that one. Knowing stuff theoretically isn't the truth unless I can feel it inside my heart. No Both ways actually. SOmetimes I think things need a little push well... I still have a few things to attend to here ;D Thanks for this reality-check. love Michael
