Instant Funky Sandwiches This is great for vegetarians and people who like to try funky stuff ;D You can use bread / tortillas ( I like garden herb spinach tortillas, sundried tomato tortiallas / multi grain tortillas. Haven't tried the jalepeno cheddar tortillas yet ;D) Spread coleslaw (from the ready mixed big), chopped onipns, tomatoes, bell peppers ( and any veggies you like). Season with salt, pepper, sun dried tomato dressing or Italian dressing if u like, ketchup. Spread cheeze or dairy-free or soy cheeze all around the border of the tortilla and over the veggies too ;D. Cover with another bread/tortilla and cook in sandwich maker. Yummy delicious Funky sandwich ready in minutes ;D ;D
