Potato And Chana Salad
Serves 4 to 6.
Ingredients 2 teacups boiled chick peas (Kabuli chana) 2 boiled potatoes, cut into pieces 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon chopped coriander salt to taste
Method 1. Mix all the ingredients very well. 2. Store in a refrigerator. 3. Serve cold.
