Yogurt

Bring milk to boil. Let it cool until it's lukewarm. Add a spoonful of yougurt (plain) to it and stir it properly so that it mixes well.
Put it in a bowl or cup or "xiploc container" (I use it since it is easier and gives good results). If you live in a warm place let the milk (with yougurt) sit undisturbed for atleast 6 hours. It takes atleast that much time to set. Once it's set, put it in the refrigerator before you eat it.
Since the weather at Ohio changes so often, I always wrap the container with a blanket to keep it warm - to be on the safe side.
