hi ellie!
i really don't... a local reiki master (the person who first healed me and got me interested in being a practitioner myself) sent out an SMS to the members of the reiki circle i'm nominally associated with and told us about the increased energy levels for that period.
but sometimes though, you wake up in the morning and you know the day would be more energetic than most other days.
perhaps someone else from the community can share their experiences with the energy flows from day to day.
