Allow yourself to relax and become comfortable...In a moment I am going to count down from three to one...and ask that you place your hands on your stomach...OK...three...two...one...and now place your hands on your stomach...as your hands rest on your stomach...you'll begin to feel a warmth spreading out around the muscles in this area...feel the warmth as it spreads out releasing any tension...relaxing you more and more...
