i got an idea last week so I tried it and so far it seems to work pretty well. I did a list with 3 sections. One for morning, midday and night. Then i added different meditations and healing forms to the list depending on the time of day, and finally I did a schedule for each day of the week where I list different healing methods and meditations for each day, so I don't do the same thing every day. It's simple and a great tool for reminding myself when to heal myself and meditate. i recommend it sample listMorning: Meditation (hatsu rei ho) Recite Reiki principles Call angelwings Ask for psychic protection flame Midday: Meditation Night:self healing the Usui way daily self healing * Abundance meditation send healing to others Send attunements (when asked for) Meditation (hatsu rei ho) Recite Reiki principles Daily selfhealing *:Monday: Cristalline Reiki Tuesday: Tanaka San Wednesday: Location Reiki Thursday: Situation Reiki Friday: Feathers of an angel and so on...

great reminder list! I work better this way too, it doesn't seem so overwhelming. Thanks for the idea.
