I've seen this be mentioned a little everywhere. But what is it really?
As far as I have understood it's a box with names that can be charged to send healing to several people at once.
But how do I make one? How does it work? How do I make work?

Marcus,
You don't have to limit yourself to using a box when sending reiki. You can use a notebook, I use a cloth bag to put the names of the reiki recipients.
This is what I do: I write down the name of the person, the place they live, and what ailments they have, I hold the piece of paper between my hands and send the reiki to them. Then I add the names to my bag and send reiki to the bag at least once a day asking that all the names listed have the energy sent to them. Did that make sense?

Another idea my partner has inspired me to use is, to take a glass bowl, and to fill the bottom of it with specific crystals.Then to write the names of all whom you wish to recieve reiki and to place this within the bowl.Much alike the box idea really, its nice to think that the crystals will further impower the healing sent!.. |

I decided to use a notebook to start with, I was planning on using a special box I have with carvings of the sun, the moon and the stars but currently it's filled with herbs  This is going to be an interesting experiment |

Hi Paul I keep a selection of crystals in my box and i find that it does enhance the strength of the reiki being sent, I also hold a crystal between my hands when I'm sending reiki. love stef  |
