We (me and another reiki practitioner) are thinking of starting a monthly healing service at church. The minister has already mentioned that she is interested in this. It would be for the entire congregation, and whoever else would like to attend, not just other practitioners. Have any of you done this, and if so, is there a good format to follow? Do you have any other thoughts or suggestions? This church is a New Thought Church, and they are very open to this idea.
Thanks! Love, Joanie

WOW that sounds great!!! ;D How exciting!!! ;D ;D Good luck to all involved, but follow your format that you would normally do in introducing anyone into or with reiki. What is reiki? How is not a religion (for those concerned)? Benefits of reiki What is energy? Just your basics and pass out information in print, include an email address or phone number in case they want to call you and ask more questions that they can't when they are there. People read and sometimes they will pick up printed material at a later date and it will hit them on what you are offereing. You can also update your materials as the sessions pass, cause they will take from it what they need and than pass along to other people, so word of mouth and if they have it in print and its something that changes, they are going to be excited about new information on a monthly/weekly basis as you go. Hope this helps. ;D ;D Let us know how the first one goes

;D ;D ;D This stone store that I go to has reiki shares and she's trying to get one going for the fall, I love them. I go as wanting to sit back and learn, and than it goes to the opposite, but its all good ;D ;D ;D I leave there feeling the love and glad to help out (or in my case teach) There is nothing more rewarding than sharing with others the things you love ;D You'll be a great teacher/healer!!!
