Depression
I am going to tell you some things to do I am passing this on from what my mother told me. who was into kabala dear old mum long gone .and at the bottom of this is a Australian site worth a look some of witch I will paste to this post .I need to try to explain. the answer is. You need to train your mind its called right thinking your doctor can help however its down to you and your mind. And your mind is very power full however you can do a few things that might seem silly worth a try no harm.
1.WRITE DOWN YOUR PROBLEMS READ IT BACK OUT LOUD THEN FOLD THE PAPER PUT IT ASIDE TOP OF WARDROBE SAY TWO DAYS THEN TAKE IT DOWN READ IT AGAIN THEN BURN IT WITH THE INTENT OF FORGETING IT NO LONGER WILL YOU THINK ABOUT IT.
2. GET A HEAD SET PLAY LOUD FOOT TAPING MUSIC NOT SAD MUSIC.
3 FILL A HAND BASIN OR DISH WITH ICE WATER COLD AS YOU CAN GET IT WASH YOU’R FACE AND TOP OF YOUR HEAD BACK OF YOUR NECK IF YOU SHIVER THAT’S GOOD.
3. IF YOU HAVE A SHOWER STAND UNDER COLD WATER LONG AS YOU CAN SHUT YOUR MIND TO THE COLD BEAR IT.THEN HAVE YOUR HOT SHOWER.
4. FIND A HOT OR SOUR SWEET ONE YOU DON’T LIKE. HOT IS BEST SUCK ON IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN BEAR IT SPIT IT OUT TAKE DEEP BREATHS
5. CHANGE THE LIGHT BULBS TO STRONGER BRIGHT. MAKE YOUR ENVIROMENT BRIGHT AS POSSIBLE GET SOME COLOR AROUND YOU.
KEEP SOME SOUND GOING AT HOME TV.RADIO NO MATTER IF YOU ARE NOT LISTENING .OPEN THE WINDOW IF YOU CAN LET THE OUTSIDE IN.
6. HAVE FOOD BEFORE GOING TO BED DO NOT GO TO BED EMPTY HAVE A CUP OF TEA .AND HOPE YOU WILL DREAM SEE IF YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR DREAMS .AS YOU GO TO SLEEP PICK THE DREAM YOU WOULD LIKE .IF THE DREAMS ARE BAD CONTROL THEM GO YOUR WAY THIS IS A GOOD ONE IF YOU CAN DO IT AND WILL SHOW YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR MIND.
7. MEDERTATION IS AWONDERFULL TOOL YOU NEED TO USE IT HOWEVER IF YOU ARE PRONE TO DEPRESSION IT CAN BE HARD AS YOU CAN GO TO THE WRONG PLACE .SO YOU NEED MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAN AND FRESH GOOD SAFE PLACE ALLOW YOUR SELF TO PUT ASIDE THE CLUTTER OF YOUR MIND IT HELPS IF YOU CAN GET IN A GROUP AND BE OPEN ABOUT YOUR DEPRESSION TO OTHERS AS THE MORE YOU SPEAK ABOUT IT THE LESS IT WILL GET YOU HOWEVER CAREFUL WHO YOU TELL AS SOME WILL TELL YOU JUST TO SHAKE IT OFF E.T.C. AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND REMEMBER ALL PEOPLE AT SOME TIME WILL SUFFER SOME FORM OF DEPRSSION .SO THERE TURN WILL COME .
8. This ones from me sit and eyes open look upwards try to look at you’re four head place your index finger at the bridge of your nose between your eyes rub in a round motion as your eyes get tired allow them to close slowly then continue to rub for a minute when you open your eyes. All you see will look more colourful and clear and your perception of things will be clearer.
