Feeling energy (vibration/buzzing) on feet.

Well, ever since my first attunement, and started doing self-healing, I noticed I feel most of the energy in the soles of my feet. It comes in vibration/buzzing sensations. Well, starting last night, I laid down to go to bed. I could feel energy on the soles of my feet, with the vibration/buzzing sensation (I still am). I could, and still can...I guess hear a light humming noise...like a low frequency sound. Also, it doesn't feel like energy is leaving my feet..It kind feels like it's entering..It's hard to describe. It also comes in "waves". It kind of feels like the energy is "scanning" the bottom of my feet. Has anybody experienced this, or know what it could be? Thanks in advance.

I have the same thing, In fact besides my hands being totally hot, thats the first thing I noticed was the almost buzzing, vibrating in my soles ,and I also feel it in waves I feel it in my feet the strongest, and in my hands also, I hear a light sound of running water or someone letting air out of a balloon slowly, all of this while doing self healings, while I am doing a healing on another, I feel my hands vibrating and my feet as well.Well heres to new sensations! I don't know I helped any, but your not alone!And I am just sure it is the way I percieve the reiki energy going thru my body and am grateful I do.

When this happens to me, (and it does, especially when I'm giving Reiki to others) I see it as a grounding mechanism. My feet start buzzing, and then they begin to feel like they weigh a ton each. It helps me to feel like I'm not going to float away.

Thanks for the replies. I thought I was just crazy or something. It's good to know that I'm not the only that experiences this!

So glad I found this thread. I have from the first time I came into contact with Reiki (this time) been able to feel the energy in my hands as a 'soft' tingling, but after attunement I got a fantastic buzzing in my feet. The reiki energy can get really strong and when it is really intense I get a 'stinging' sensation in my fingers and toes.
