Just curious to find out what Reiki everyone is using. I am attuned to Usui Reiki. I know there is other Reiki used and would like to know what everyone does. Do many of you use more than one 'strand' of Reiki?

Hi, I am attuned to a number of styles, I experiment with them but my fall back is always Usui... It was my first and (for the moment at least) my favourite.

Hi,
I was attuned to Radiance Technique (2 degrees), Usui/Tibetan Reiki and Gendai Reiki Ho. I practiced Radiance Technique until I was attuned to Usui/Tibetan, which vibration and sensations suit me better. I actually practice a very simple style that doesn't include the techniques learned in Usui/Tibetan except for the Healing Attunement. I picked what seemed to be right to me from the manuals I received, from what I was taught and from what I read. Gendai Reiki.... is a gift that I don't deserve yet. I hope one day I'll reach and maintain a higher level of understanding to be able to say that I practice Gendai.
With love, Monica

That's an elaborate list. We did a list on the Reiki4 forum (RIP) we came up with well over a hundred.

I agree Sidney. I was simply trying to find out if people were open to other forms of healing, quite a few people I know had no idea that there was anything other than the usui method they had been taught by a master.
cheers and Thanks
