You need to get balanced with your chakra's, they are out of whack. We all have ones that are closed more than open. Some with them being more open than others and some being closed shut. Start by simple balancing, you can either go with carrying healing stones in the colors of your chakra's, this is a simple way to begin. Please make sure the stones have been cleansed. They also have necklaces out there that have all the stones in a small vial that you wear around your neck. Chakra jewelry is everywhere. Go back to basic's with grounding and self healing too. Concentrate on your last three chakra's and remember that chakra's work on pairs too Best of luck ruth

Hi Ruth thank you for your reply. I am Reiki master and have recently been treating a patient with ME, it isn't me who has ME (chronic fatigue syndrome). I felt whilst doing this lady's treatment that somehow i was doing it wrong, and seem to remember (tho might be mistaken) reading a technique for treating this specific ailment but cannot remember where i saw it or, if i actually did see it . (shakes head) Spirit seemed to be trying to tell me how to treat and felt myself being guided to use the mental /emotional healing technique that my RM taught me, usually done right at the beginning of a full treatment and typically takes about 10 minutes then you continue with a full body treatment. At 1st I felt but couldn't quite work out why I was getting the feeling I was doing the treatment the wrong way. Felt as if i should have been working from base up and sending energy upwards ? (shrug) I did make sure that i balanced her chakras before grounding, sweeping aura and closing...Used chakra scarves and crystals on some. Even brought my pendulum out to check how open/closed/how fast they were spinning etc. I also found myself using Karuna symbols and chanting and toning some of them. She said "WOW" she felt energy/ sound vibrating/passing thru her chakras when I was toning, had received Reiki treatments before but had not experienced anything like that before. Sorry im not very good at writing what it is i want to say, i know what im thinking and want to put, but, when it comes to typing it im not very articulate. Many Healing Blessings CK

Hey ruth what do you mean chakras work on pairs? Thanks Love Light and Peace Manuel Hi, what i think Ruth may mean is that there are two chakras 1 at front and matching one at back. (the 7 main chakras are located on the front and back of the body.) Should spin in a particular direction, (both front and back)When the chakras are functioning normally, each will be open, spinning clockwise. Each chakra is a spinning vortex of energy protruding three quarters to your front and a quarter to your back. Am i right Ruth? Healing Blessings CK
