Hi all! Haven't been on in ages, but I can't find an answer to this weirdness so I thought I'd pose it to you all. The last couple months or so I've been aware of some throat chakra stuff going on, and been trying to pay attention to the emotional basis behind that etc.. blah blah. And it's going well. However, this last month I've noticed that one lymph node, the right one has been pulsing and feels tense/starting to swell. The funny thing is that it's only when I'm really tuning in to spirit, and in a really good place. Day to day, physically I do not feel it at all. But during meditation my attention is brought there. There isn't any kind of blockage or issue though that I can think of. Is there any insight into this? Any emotional basis this could have that might be easily overlooked? And is it important to note that it's mainly on one side? My communcation has been good, emotionally letting out 90% of what I want to, good flows, good balance between talking and listening (I think hahaha) have let out quite a few tears that I could've held back. I'm totally stumped here. Light and blessings to you all in your part of the world ;D ;D ;D Alisha

Dear Alisha I do not want to shake you up however swollen lymph nodes should be checked by a doctor it can be a problem There are many adult lymph nodes in varying parts of the body that may become swollen for different reasons. Many people can usually see swollen lymph nodes on the neck, behind the ear, under the jaw, above the collar bone, under the arms, and around the groin. The lymph nodes in the underarm (axilla) are anatomically important in breast cancer. They are often checked physically in patients undergoing investigation for Breast Cancer If swollen lymph nodes are associated with fevers,Njght sweays or weight loss, and the patient does not have any obvious infection, he/she may need a through evaluation by a doctor. Also, people who were appropriately treated for an infection but have persistent swollen lymph nodes may need to see their doctor
I hope i dont upset you however you do need to know this .Love sidney.

No you didn't upset me haha! That is good info for sure.. however at this point, I don't have other symptoms of anything so to go to a doctor would either get me turned away or having to take a bunch of obscure tests (which might be a little over the top) considering no one really ever wants to go to the doctor.. hahaha!
;D ;D But I shall continue to pay attention!

both sidney and bex are right however there may be a bloackage that you are unaware of and that is not ready to be released sometimes if you force things to be released it can cause feelings of uneasyness or discomfort so when releasing let it go as it comes dont force it.
hope all things work out in ur favor.
love and light
