Hi Folks,
Try this yummy biryani......at home only in an hour .....:-)..
1. Steam some rice - not fully though keep them half cooked 2. Marignation : stream Chicken and marinate it in a misture of ( Curd +fresh corriander + 15 green chillies+salt) leave this for about an hour pierce it with a fork.
3. Cut onions kengthwise,for one glass biryani about 2 onions, deep fry them until brown- squeeze all oil,
4. soak some dry fruits - Nuts ,dates etc in water.
5. Take a pan for main cooking, put one layer of onion then rixe then the marinated , make 2 such layers and put dry fruits over them.
5. Marination will have the required water for cooking.Cook until ready.
your Yummy Biryani is ready to be served HOT!!!!
