OK vj Try this take a hot bath or shower relax your body as best you can (this is best before bed) lay down flat on your back no pillow under your head pull your knees up towards your head hold with no pain then let your knees lay apart and hold no pain .Now stretch your legs out point with your toes let your whole body relax Repeat maybe two times before going to sleep cheers Sidney.

In this situation it's extremely important that you isolate the SOURCE of the problems. Reiki may provide temporary relief but without fixing the root of the problem, the pain will just keep coming back.
Search Google for proper posture for sitting at a computer, accessories (such as back supports) that may be helpful, and exercises you can do at your desk.
Then you can continue on with suggested Reiki treatments.
