induce positive thinking, find creative solutions to
problems and use imagination to understand one’s psyche.
Many visualization techniques are aimed at evoking certain
positive results in a person’s life.

Visualization techniques are decided on the basis of the
participants requirement. Visualization techniques are
usually tried and tested and comprise of various mental
visualization scenarios.
Generally, self-help programs recommend various
visualization techniques to create a blueprint of the kind
of life a person would like to lead. Participants or
visualizes are asked to imagine a detailed pathway that
will lead towards achieving their goals. For example, a
person who wants to become a millionaire is advised to
cultivate a clear picture of this achievement in the future
and also imbibe the feelings that will be present at such a
moment. This exercise is aimed at creating necessary vibes
and drive inside the person’s mind. It is said that the
deeper the visualization seeps into the subconscious,
better are the chances of attracting support from the
cosmos for fulfilling these dreams.
