Wow I had my distance attunement tonight
I have to say I have never felt anything like it
All the sensation started in my left lower side just above my hip bone and then across my stomach ,up in my chest a bit
It actually felt like someone was in there churning around thats the only way i Know to describe it
I had to go for a long walk after just to be by myself , it was pretty intense
