I got this on my mailbox yesterday, it's from Rhonda Byrne (the author of The Secret) and I thought I wanted to share it with you. When a big change occurs in your life it forces you to change direction. Sometimes the new path may not be easy, but you can be absolutely certain that there is magnificence for you on the new path. You can be absolutely certain that the new path contains things that you could not have experienced otherwise. When we look back at a negative event that occurred in the past, we often see how in fact it transformed our life. We see how that event directed us toward a life that we would not change for anything. May the joy be with you,
Rhonda ByrneShe's a wise woman.

Hello Lightwanderer, They are very wise words and I completely agree with the sentiments expressed by Rhonda Byrne. I remember a time, when change, especially big changes made me very fearful and unsettled. Human beings like routine and continuity in their lives. When something happens to upset that balance, it can make us feel a variety of feelings. Insecure, out of control and indecisive. I have learned over time and through experience, that the changes were necessary for me to move forward with my life. I think the more we resist change, the bigger the changes that happen, as if the universe is actually forcing it upon us. How often I have wished I had made the change earlier in my life, so that it had not become such a big issue. My attitude to life now, is to simply go with the flow. Its a cliche I know, but it really works. I try not to worry to much either, about what tomorrow may bring. As often in the past, I have used up so much energy worrying about what might happen, and it rarely has been as bad as I had anticipated. Why do we do that, create the worst case scenario's in our heads..lol Life is ever flowing, nothing is constant, for if it was, we would become stagnant and not develop and grow. After all, isn't this why we came to earth, to experience life to the fullest in all its glory, good and bad. For as someone else has said, it is through adversity and difficulty our soul flourishes and shines. So now I embrace life and change with arms wide open.. Love and light Ladyhawk

Thanks so much for posting this. I can attest to this in my own life, over the past year. What at first looks to be the end of your world can actually be just a wonderful beginning, once you get past the hurdles. This is beautiful.

Lightwanderer, this is a beautiful message. It reminds me that I should be embracing change instead of fighting it! Thank you for posting it!
