Hi All The above was posted several times on different topics on the forum, I deleted all but this post and made a new topic for it so as not to hijack other peoples threads. I decided to leave this one post so that you can read as much as you like of the link and make your own mind up about what is written  I just love that way that the person who wrote it writes that many lies have been written about reiki, and rkdngr (nice name) has decided that this person "uncovers lots of hidden truths, bare facts & future abt reiki" We are all entitled to our own opinion, and I know that most of the people here have read many different theories about reiki written by many different people, and I have to ask...........do any of us really believe EVERYTHING that one person has written, and NOTHING else? ;D love stef  |

I am a new comer in comparison to many on the forum.
After going to the links mentioned in this “Blog”. Many of the links he cited I had previously visited.
This message is being spread by “A Guy”?
Actually this message is being spread by this guy (REKI Researcher) ~ who is a friend of
“A Guy”, he used to chat with on Google & Yahoo.
All I can say is that Reiki has changed my life dramatically for the better. I have personally witnessed the positive results of Reiki energy under a variety of situations and have received nothing but positive feedback from any one who has had a Reiki session.

Well....if I understood correctly, the guy was attuned to Reiki, against his will. He had wonderful experiences during that time. And then, again against his will, Reiki was taken away from him. And he experienced hell. His big argument is, that Reiki should be taught in monasteries and temples only and not in the general public. And should be taught for free. And because many people are attuned to Reiki, they corrupt it and the energy is causing earthquakes. (  ?) He goes on and says that the masters are not teaching it correctly and they turning it to business, including Dr Usui and mrs Takata. Dr Usui's family rejected him because he had converted into Buddhism and never spoke of him. First of all, once attuned to Reiki, you are attuned for life. Nobody can take it away. But even if that was possible, why he is not returning to Reiki?? Secondly, I don't see why Reiki shouldn't be available to all. Reiki is a wonderful, healing energy, given to humanity as a gift from God. It is unconditional, pure love and does only good. Okey, they are masters out there, that they overcharge for the treatments/attunements or they have developed their own systems but this has nothing to do with the Reiki energy. It is like Christianity-soooo many different churches of Christ, only one Christ-. Reiki is one and the same energy, given different names. And what if Dr Usui's family had rejected him? -if true-. I am sure that certain members of my family will reject me as well if they knew that I am doing something that doesn't agree with their beliefs. Buttom line... Reiki has changed my life for the better. I believe it is way more powerful and wonderful than many might think. I am still learning slowly but steady but after the incredible experiences I had, nobody can tell me otherwise. So, let the guy and any other sceptic have their opinions. |

So, let the guy and any other sceptic have their opinions. thanx for ur replies dear unicorn...u misunderstood few things & didn't read carefully ! 1st abt earthquakes...u c, according to the philosohy what exists outside us also exists inside us...outer & inner universes r linked with each other !...so if one is helled from inside then one is also helled from outside...hell spreads everywhere ! if a true god person's life is helled innocently then how can world remain in peace ? NEVER ! & reiki can hell lives of many of such true persons ! 2nd abt usui...usui didn't convert to buddhism ! he was already a buddhist ! & dats all fake story dat he ever had been a christian ! it was just that usui converted from Tendai Buddhist to Shingon Buddhist ! 3rd stop chanting those foolish reiki lineage's words ! that once attuned u r always open for reiki ! NO ! dats extremely fake & false statement ! read abt Buddhism & Tantra ! There is also a word called DOWNFALL in the path of meditation ! If u can climb a mountain then u can also fall from the mountain ! Reiki was my friend's everything ! he kept on trying to find some way ! tried in unimaginable ways to get his reiki practice back on track ! but, he had fallen from a height which mikao usui himself had not achieved ! & so he was wounded severely where a normal living being will die in just a few moments ! But, he lived ! He lived for Him & All ! His Reiki practice never returned ! But, don't worry he has always lived making his own ways separate from outer world !...& he will walk thru his own ways ! Yes Reiki is unconditional Love of God ! But, loosing the Love being greater causes the pain also greater ! & here Greatest ! What is good can also turn into bad in specific conditions ! Read abt Taoism & u will know ! 4th Religion !...Respect to all the religions till they don't bring harm to sentient beings ! c unicorn dear... if u hv to learn web designing then u will go in a web designing class...if u hv to learn animation then u will go to animation class ! same way if u hv to know the reality abt reiki then u shud go to shingon buddhism class...& not in christian class ! they both can hv teachings of humanity ! but philosophy, many teachings, practices, themes r totally different man ! REIKI is a Shingon Buddhist practice & has got nothing to do with Chistianity ! If it has to do just with humanity also then in dat case i will say half knowledge is dangerous ! Reiki is not just energy ! It has miracles of mind ! if mind is won then all is gr8 ! if mind is lost then all is waist ! Reiki has its own mind ! Reiki is a Tantrik Buddhist practice ! Do u think those Buddhist Masters of old times were all fools & u hv greater knowledge ? Yes, Reiki is one & same energy with different Reiki masters ! but, if those masters hv modified the system then it can be good & it can be bad too ! u can't speak abt it ! this is the point ! a medicine taken in wrong ways can result in death also ! here, we hv masters running their own systems of reiki in form of business, modernisation, disvaluing reiki, totally away from traditional ways ! so, dats the point dear ! 5th Usui's family...it was just to tell the original story ! & that he had changed from Tendai to Shingon sect ! Shingon is a japanese form of India's Vajrayaan Buddhism ! Taoism also has same themed philosophies & practices as Buddhism has ! Reiki was developed thru practices of Shingon Buddhism, Shinto & Taoism ! |

Please, don't mention your "friend" because it was YOU who wrote the article.
Secondly, I am sorry for your bad experiences. For some reason I believe it was not Reiki that cause them but something else. You will find the answers within you, if you take the time to look.
I respect all religions and peoples beliefs and never claimed that I have great knowledge. What I believe, I believe it because it is true for me, makes my heart sing, makes me a better, healthier, happier person, gives a purpose in my life. Reiki does that for me and I repeat NOBODY CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE.
One more thing....you agreed earlier that Reiki is the unconditional Love of God. Now, seriously, do you believe that, that perfect, purest Love of God could ever harm someone? Or that God would want that Love hidden and shared only among a few?
Again, I respect your opinion, but I truly believe that If you pass the wall of bitterness you will be able to see things more clearly.

Dear rkdng, I know you said you will almost not reply anymore but I just have a question, though, quoting from the site:

I believe that we all create our own destiny.
Those who are generally pessimistic will tend to have more bad things happen to them than those who are generally optimistic. Either because they expect bad things to happen or because they can't see the good in anything so things that optimistic people will think of as good, pessimistic people will see as bad.
If you believe that bad things will happen if you stop practising reiki, then maybe they will because you are willing bad things to happen and you will never look for the good in any situation.
I have gone through many bad periods in my life, but I am an optimistic person so I won't let anything get me down for long and I will always look for the good in every situation when I am ready to do so.
I believe that all my bad times will turn to good.............and that's what happens............that's why I believe what is right for me, not what I am told to believe.
