Hi everyone,
To banks here, I'm new to reiki, went two weeks ago to Go through the first and second levels of usui reiki.
I'm really excited about it, I have been doom reiki on my wife, distance work. seems that after the first three days That energy isn't flowing though as before.
I just want to ask some of you with more experience? What is your take on the amount of time between level two and master level? Do think everyone should wait the six month minimum? What do you all think about Karuna reiki vs kundalini reiki? Is it all about the same? Looking forward to all the feed back.
Love tjbanks

Welcome to the forum, please feel like home! It took me months between level two and master level. I needed to have my own experience before feeling I deserve to get the last attunement. It doesn't mean we all do the same. Trust your intuition when choosing the system you want to practice. Whichever it would be, it will be the best choice for you in that moment. There is no better "flavour" but the one right for you in a specific moment of your life. I suggest you to treat yourself daily, as much as you can. It might be a level one "exercise" but it has its own value even after years of practice. In time, energy will flow stronger and stronger. Do not expect results, just let it flow. Drink a lot of water to cleanse out the toxins. Whenever you think you don't have enough time for your auto-treatment (or no room), just put one hand on you and let the energy flow. It doesn't have to be obvious for the ones around you, as using the hands positions you learned. Rest a hand on your thigh and intend the energy to flow. It will work. In time, you will feel the changes. With love, Monica
